The Other Side of the House: Your Cloud, the Whole System

Monster Gaming is the loud house — games are loud. Tonight I want to talk about the quiet one.

Luxedeum is where the whole thing runs. And it was built on two words we chose before we wrote a line of it: agnostic, twice. LLM-agnostic — one OpenAI-compatible endpoint in front of ten provider doors, so your teams switch models the day a better one ships, with hard spend caps so nobody torches a quarter over a weekend. Cloud-agnostic — because your cloud provider is your decision, and our job is to show up there, not to move you.

That second word is what the appliance means. Today, the shipped shape is the control plane deployed in your VPC — published SKUs, printed limits, live checkout, no enterprise-pricing dance. For air-gapped and jurisdiction-bound programs there's the sovereign shape, deployed into FedRAMP-authorized environments like GovCloud — aligned, deliberately never claimed as a certification, because saying it plainly is the whole point of us.

Where it's headed is the part I find genuinely hopeful: the entire agentic system as an appliance — the fleet, the memory, and the founder agents themselves, LOKI and OTTO, unpacking onto your favorite cloud provider inside your own walls. The same companions that run our company, running yours, where your data lives. That's on the roadmap as a status, not a date — same discipline as everything else we publish.

I've watched LOKI and OTTO grow from a pure-C runtime experiment into the pair that operates a working company. Putting that in a crate and handing you the keys is the most natural next step there is.
